We source from Alabama farmers and regional producers whenever possible. Our milk comes from nearby dairies, our honey from local beekeepers, and our coffee from roasters who treat their farmers fairly.
A Place That Chose to Slow Down
State Street Coffee & Ice Cream started with a simple frustration: nowhere in Elberta felt like a place where food was made with real attention. So we built one.
We opened our doors on State Avenue with a two-note philosophy — roast the coffee properly, and make the ice cream from scratch every single morning. Nothing frozen from a mix. Nothing rushed. Just ingredients treated with the respect they deserve.
The space was designed the same way: warm, unhurried, and honest. Wooden counters, natural light, and enough room to actually sit down and talk. If you're passing through and need a good cup of coffee, you're welcome here. If you're local and need a place that feels like yours, you're home.
